Every emotion was captured in this gallery. That’s always my goal but depending on how the session flows and how the littles are feeling or react to having their picture taken, it’s not always achieved. When kids are a little older like the girls here were, they can listen and take my subtle direction better, allowing me to capture more emotion than say a 3-year-old little boy who just wants to dig in the sand throughout the entire session. It takes a little more work for this Boca Grande photographer (me!) to get those emotive shots in that case!

This mom and her girls drove 2.5 hours from the Orlando area for this session with me in Boca Grande. Even though it happens all the time, I am still amazed when people drive that far, passing hundreds of other photographers, to work with me. It’s an honor and a privilege. Pink isn’t normally a color I recommend when styling, but it worked in this case. Mom’s pink hair pulled this colorful look together and the warmth from the sun crated a bright and cheerful ambiance.
